At Anoluxe, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of the fashion pieces we sell. If something isn't right, please contact us so we can help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
It is returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
You have proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn or show signs of use.
Items marked Final Sale or purchased during clearance events.
Items returned after the 30-day return window.
Gift cards.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
If your return is rejected, for example because the item shows signs of wear, we'll notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
Exchanges
We offer size or color exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Anoluxe is not responsible for return items lost in transit.
Contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
